If you did not receive your confirmation email,
please check your spam folder or deleted items folder in your email system. The
Subject Line of that email should say “Your Endeavor, Inc. Copedia Order #
If you can’t locate the confirmation email, contact us at
support@copedia.com and we will
email new instructions.
If you contact us, please have your order #
ready, if you know it.
Most people that have trouble logging in to get the download are entering an incorrect user name and/or password.
Enter the email address and password you entered
during checkout.
Refer to you confirmation
email.
If you already downloaded the product and can no longer access the download, email support at copedia.com, please include your invoice number and name.
If you have an Apple computer and cannot install the
product, please contact support@copedia.com
and tell us you have an Apple and cannot install the files.
